Key Responsibilities

•Perform as an Intermediate Architectural Technologist across project delivery phases, developing and producing comprehensive construction documentation.
•Assist in development and refinement of construction details with a focus on constructability and building science principles, under supervision.
•Self-check construction documentation packages for technical accuracy.
•Coordinate with specification writers to ensure consistency across drawings and specification packages.
•Coordinate with internal disciplines and external sub-consultants throughout all project phases and assist in Construction Contract Administration activities (RFIs, submittals, logs, change documents).
•Participate in project meetings and collaborate closely with team members throughout all phases of development.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 55,000 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

•HS or equivalent with 4 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency
•Familiarity with the Ontario Building Code and National Building Code
•Proficiency with Revit and BIM workflows, AutoCAD, and MS Office (Bluebeam Revu Studio is a plus)
•Strong technical knowledge of building systems, detailing, sequencing and building science principles
•University degree or college diploma in Architecture with 4-6 years of relevant experience (preferred)
