Job Summary

Lead the Delivery and SDK engineering team supporting Statsig at global scale. You’ll define technical strategy for highly available, low-latency experimentation delivery, and improve SDK ergonomics, reliability, performance, documentation, and backward compatibility across 30+ platforms. Partner with product, infrastructure, and customer-facing teams to solve complex integration challenges and expand SDK coverage as new languages and environments emerge.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and grow the team responsible for Statsig’s global delivery infrastructure and ecosystem of 30+ SDKs.
•Define technical strategy for highly available, low-latency evaluation and delivery systems at global scale.
•Continuously improve SDK ergonomics, performance, reliability, consistency, and documentation to make Statsig easy to adopt.
•Expand SDK coverage as new languages, frameworks, runtimes, and computing platforms emerge.
•Establish shared architecture and quality standards across a polyglot codebase while preserving platform conventions; partner with product, infrastructure, and customer-facing teams to solve integration challenges.

•Strong understanding of API and SDK design, including ergonomics, backward compatibility, performance, release management, and safe adoption.
•Experience building highly available, low-latency systems where failures impact customer end-user experiences.
