Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute timely, cost-conscious procurement of production, inventory, and MRO items and manage COUPA transactions.
  • •Coordinate drop-ship orders and supplier outside processing requirements; monitor supplier performance and expedite orders as needed.
  • •Review open requirements and planning inputs to support safety stock levels, ABC/XYZ classifications, minimum order quantities, lot sizes, and lead times.
  • •Maintain PFEP master data and support replenishment strategies, including Kanban part identification using accurate ERP data.
  • •Resolve supplier and accounts payable discrepancies, identify shortages and root causes, and support corrective actions while maintaining departmental 5S boards.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years in supply chain, materials management, manufacturing, or warehouse operations.
