Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist patients and families in transforming maladaptive eating patterns into a healthy relationship with food through ongoing support.
  • •Develop and implement individualized treatment plans via telehealth, including initial nutrition assessment, meal plan prescription, and target weight-range assessment.
  • •Guide process of exposure to fear/challenge foods and support nutrition education to address irrational thoughts and beliefs around food, weight, and shape.
  • •Communicate meal plans and nutrition-related concerns clearly to the treatment team and educate families on resolving concerns.
  • •Maintain thorough documentation in Equip’s electronic medical record and help with weekly treatment plan updates and discharge planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have an active state license in South Carolina.
