Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute maintenance while ensuring compliance with regulations (OSHA, EPA, USDA), including procedures, work order prioritization, and CMMS updates.
  • •Manage maintenance schedules and reporting, including weekly schedules, workforce forecasting, and work progress/material needs reporting.
  • •Own and manage the CMMS at the plant level to ensure systems run smoothly and efficiently.
  • •Administer Process Safety Management (PSM) elements, including OSHA 1910.119 documentation, PHA, audits, Management of Change (MOC), hazard assessments, and PSSR support.
  • •Provide training and leadership guidance to maintenance personnel and support contractor qualifications/performance management.
