Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect incoming PPE and ensure incoming materials match purchase order specifications.
  • •Inspect received items for damage or quality issues; properly label items with part numbers and quantities.
  • •Accurately receive items in the system using the correct receiving location; stamp and sign delivery documents.
  • •Scan paperwork into appropriate folders; file freight bills of lading, packing slips, and other documents for reconciliation and audit purposes.
  • •Maintain inventory control (levels, excess/obsolete disposal), investigate variances, support counts and ad hoc requests, and manage transfers.
