Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted advisor during the sales process, delivering product expertise and best practices to customers in the MEGS vertical
•Lead pre-sales engagements, acting as a technical thought leader across multiple customer types and markets
•Mentor other Solutions Consultants and collaborate with sales, marketing, security, and product teams
•Articulate Braze value through the BrazeAI capabilities (AI Decisioning Studio, AI Content Optimizer, AI Agents) to sophisticated customers
•Travel up to 50% at peak times and base the role in the NYC office
