Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support to Advisors across financial planning, including data gathering, case design, and scenario building.
  • •Create and/or update client financial plans and support financial plan application and portfolio implementation.
  • •Initiate and field client calls, create proposals for prospective clients, and attend client meetings with complete follow-up activities.
  • •Prepare client meeting materials and coordinate with internal teams to ensure materials are thorough and accurate.
  • •Monitor portfolios, maintain target allocations, rebalance as needed, and assist with client data consolidation and maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •0-4 years of relevant experience.
  • •Completed or pursuing CFP®, CFA, or JD.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university in a related field (financial planning, business, accounting, finance, economics, or law preferred).
  • •Series 65 certification, or ability to complete within 90 days of employment.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication, with high attention to accuracy and ability to organize, prioritize, and follow through.
