Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble Main, PT, and Reactor cores and related sub-assemblies using customer specifications, blueprints, bills of material, and standardized procedures.
  • •Follow engineering drawings to assemble connections, load cores/coils onto the stacking line, and stack cores around coil legs.
  • •Stack units onto pallets with correct alignment, label with order numbers, and apply steel banding straps to secure assemblies.
  • •Build sub-assemblies per OPS and quality standards using calibrated tools; operate brazing equipment.
  • •Test each finished unit using a TTR Tester, troubleshoot issues, perform rework on damaged/defective components, and conduct routine tool/equipment maintenance while meeting production and safety/5S practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the Nacogdoches, TX facility will be considered (Active-Duty Military exempt).

  • •Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks (bending, twisting, grabbing, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling).
  • •Must adhere to PPE requirements and be able to work efficiently in hot environments and tolerate loud noises.
