Machining Crew Leader - Mid Shift

Coordinate an operating cell work area and its support services to keep production running on schedule while minimizing downtime. Ensure safe, clean equipment and that employees complete machine-specific safety training before operating. Assist with production scheduling, balance workloads, review inspection and production sheets, and verify quality against customer specifications. Lead continuous improvement (CI) and safety initiatives through sunrise meetings, safety talks, and employee training, while preparing reports and maintaining required records.
