Serve Banking Center customers by processing routine teller transactions and conducting needs-based conversations to understand financial goals. Build and deepen relationships through appropriate product and service recommendations, generating leads and optimizing sales opportunities. Support branch growth initiatives, work toward individual and team sales, service, and operations goals, and maintain compliance with federal/state regulations and bank policies while meeting audit and operations requirements.
