Key Responsibilities

  • •Be responsible for flight control laws from preliminary design up to certification.
  • •Deliver detailed specifications using formal specification tools (SAO/SCADE) and ensure on-time, quality, performance integration into the flight control system.
  • •Present and justify design performance and limitations to flight tests engineers and flight test pilots.
  • •Support flight tests engineers and flight test pilots during flight tests and simulator sessions.
  • •Ensure validation and verification activities and their recording, and follow in-service events to support continuous airworthiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Background in flight physics and control engineering systems, or automatic control, with experience in engineering systems.
  • •Ability to deliver flight control laws from preliminary design through certification.
  • •Knowledge of control simulation tools such as Matlab and Simulink; Python and Git knowledge is a strong advantage.
  • •Detail-oriented, autonomous working style while remaining a strong team player.
  • •Ability to interface with multiple stakeholders across domains, functions, and countries; negotiation level in English (French is a plus).
