Job Summary

Drive the EHS “Journey to Zero” vision at a high-tech semiconductor fab by leading the Leading Safety Metric (LSM) program and evolving Level-Up Safety Training. Own KPI dashboards, safety communications, and visual management tools, and identify process innovations through data-driven analysis. Partner with departments to deliver safety-focused projects with measurable outcomes, introducing scalable methods such as Human Organizational Performance (HOP).

Key Responsibilities

•Own and advance the site-wide “Journey to Zero” program to achieve zero incidents and zero environmental harm.
•Lead the Leading Safety Metric (LSM) initiative and drive proactive EHS actions across departments.
•Own and evolve the Level-Up Safety Training Program through instructor-led sessions, digital content, and cross-functional engagement.
•Produce EHS communications and visual management, including monthly/quarterly KPI dashboards and leadership messages.
•Identify and implement EHS process innovations and provide department-level project support from scope to delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 76,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience with OSHA's Voluntary Protection Programs (VPP).
•Strong understanding of the Hierarchy of Controls and applying it in complex manufacturing environments.
•Experience developing or maintaining written EHS programs and procedures, including rollout implementation.
•Ability to communicate and lead instructor-led training, facilitation, and employee engagement.
•Ability to build dashboards, KPIs, and visual management tools.
