Manager - VTS

Lead and coordinate the WMCC-VTS center in Abu Dhabi waterways, ensuring safety culture, compliance with maritime rules, and effective public relations and information services. Manage shift rosters, budgets, and the maintenance of VTS software systems, equipment, and hardware. Oversee procedures, risk assessments, emergency procedures, SLAs, reporting, audits, and automation of VTS processes, while managing and developing a continual-shift team of VTS operators.
