Key Responsibilities

  • ā€¢Lead pre-sales engagements by understanding customer needs and outlining how OpenAI models and APIs can meet business objectives.
  • ā€¢Develop demos, scope use cases, and recommend architecture patterns to kickstart implementation and development.
  • ā€¢Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs for common questions during the pre-sales process.
  • ā€¢Represent customer voice internally by gathering feedback and identifying themes to influence product planning.
  • ā€¢Address security and compliance questions and guide customers to relevant resources, escalating complex requirements as needed.
