Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Own the day-to-day management for newly onboarded and existing customers, ensuring flawless execution of campaigns and adherence to billing/compliance requirements.
•Drive campaign-level budget upsell and optimization opportunities to align with ROI goals and drive incremental revenue.
•Collaborate with Account Executives and internal partners to resolve day-to-day escalations, provide feedback on product/tools, and manage transitions (book of business) efficiently.
•Educate clients on the Microsoft Advertising platform, maintain regular engagement, and reduce reliance on account management for routine tasks while expanding knowledge of emerging products/features.
•Demonstrate strong customer relationships and maintain account health through proactive communication and strategic guidance.

Key Requirements

•Arabic-speaking with search advertising experience; strong attention to detail and customer-obsessed mindset; ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
