Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in administering the performance management process.
  • •Support employees and managers with performance management tools, systems, and guidance.
  • •Respond to performance-related inquiries and help resolve employee conflicts and concerns.
  • •Participate in investigations related to performance issues and ensure timely, accurate evaluations.
  • •Prepare performance documentation (including Coaching Plans), coordinate manager training, and advise stakeholders on policies and processes.
