Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, compile, and analyze data from physical site work and subsurface inputs to support project development, design, and construction.
  • •Maintain quality control standards for accurate and precise measurements.
  • •Assist with basic geotechnical and/or civil engineering work for proposed and existing site conditions, including investigations, settlement analysis, erosion, lateral earth pressures, hazards, underground water, and slope stability.
  • •Provide entry-level technical assistance on design requirements and environmental/design/construction issues by verifying site characteristics.
  • •Generate clear project documentation using electronic systems, drawings, and field/work site notes, and comply with safety and site-specific procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • •0 to 1 years of relevant post-education experience.
  • •Excellent research skills with an analytical mindset.
  • •Competent interpersonal and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Familiarity with discipline-specific design software (e.g., MicroStation, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, GeoSlope, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS).
