Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • •Manage and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to execute projects effectively.
  • •Oversee budgets and expenses, monitor financial control, and keep projects within allocated budgets.
  • •Create and maintain project schedules, track progress, and address delays or changes to ensure timely completion.
  • •Ensure construction quality and compliance with specifications, codes, and regulations, including risk identification and mitigation; enforce safety regulations and support HSE initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position
  • •2 years GCC experience is a plus
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • •Knowledge of client management and interaction
  • •Knowledge of computers and leading building management tools, including MS Office/MS Project/Primavera and ERP (preferably SAP)
