Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the Supply Planning team and influence cross-functional partners within and outside supply chain.
  • •Own end-to-end network supply planning using commercial depletion demand signals, on-hand inventory, and inventory targets with DC replenishment requirements in SAP to meet financial, operational, and service objectives including OTIF.
  • •Coordinate with demand planners, customer management, supply planners, sales, and finance to provide distributor/replenishment plans and exception-based reporting; recommend actions to meet actual and forecasted demand.
  • •Review that system-generated planned order generations align and are correctly converted to process orders within downstream PPDS processes.
  • •Generate supply plans and dispatch materials to third-party manufacturers; manage aging finished goods and balance MTO/ATO vs MTS demand in the master production schedule while improving key metrics and lean initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in supply chain or planning roles with exposure to FMCG/food industry environments.
  • •Proven experience managing supply planning processes, inventory performance, and S&OP/S&OE governance.
  • •Experience leading teams and driving process improvements in a centralized or regional planning model.
  • •Familiarity with global supply chain operations and multi-site coordination.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (APICS CPIM/CSCP advantageous).
