Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to meet organizational objectives.
  • •Oversee the full procurement lifecycle: identify needs, source suppliers, evaluate proposals, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance.
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast procurement needs and develop procurement plans.
  • •Conduct market research and analysis to identify suppliers, evaluate capabilities, and assess trends for informed decisions.
  • •Train and mentor procurement staff and support HSE initiatives, including safety awareness and incident reporting in line with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, methodologies, and related laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • •Minimum 8 years working experience with 5 years relevant procurement experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills to succeed in the role.
  • •Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • •Proficiency using procurement software and tools and Microsoft Office applications, plus strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
