Key Responsibilities

•Maintenance & Equipment Reliability: Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for mortars, liquid production and dosing systems, and automatic filling machines; ensure minimum production downtime and fast troubleshooting; monitor equipment performance and reliability.
•Engineering Support: Provide day-to-day technical support to production and QC teams; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic PLC issues; support installation and commissioning of new equipment; maintain technical documentation (SOPs, manuals, drawings).
•Facility & Utility Management: Oversee maintenance of factory and office buildings and utilities (air compressor, water, electrical systems); ensure systems function efficiently and safely.
•Team Supervision: Supervise maintenance technicians and external contractors; assign daily tasks and ensure quality; provide hands-on coaching and training; enforce discipline and safety standards.
•Safety & Compliance: Ensure maintenance work follows health, safety and environmental standards; enforce safe work practices (LOTO, PPE); support audits and corrective actions; maintain a zero-accident mindset.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics
•3–5 years in manufacturing maintenance
•Experience with mixing systems (powder/liquid) and production or filling equipment
•Prior supervisory experience preferred
•Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems; basic PLC knowledge is an advantage
