  • •Actively enrolled and progressing as a student pursuing an AAS degree or certification in a related field (e.g., Industrial Automation Technology/Mechatronics, Machine Tool Technology, or similar).
  • •At least 1+ month of experience with basic Microsoft applications such as Excel and Outlook.
  • •Basic knowledge in areas like electronics and equipment troubleshooting, installation, repair, and operations.
  • •Experience with hands-on work such as auto repair, welding, soldering, robotics, or crafting, including preventative/corrective maintenance on equipment.
  • •Experience in a team environment and familiarity with schematics, drawings/diagrams, and integrated circuit fabrication.
