Job Summary

Support digital delivery of complex transmission and distribution infrastructure by coordinating BIM models across multidisciplinary teams. Maintain BIM standards and ensure consistent, high-quality digital outputs across live projects through worksharing, model linking, shared coordinates, issue management, and model health checks. Lead clash detection, federated model reviews, and quality checks using Revit and related tools, and help implement BIM Execution Plans, CDE workflows, and naming/exchange processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the BIM Manager/Energy BIM Lead in applying BIM standards, project workflows, and model coordination processes, owning day-to-day BIM coordination for assigned projects or work packages.
•Coordinate BIM models across disciplines and infrastructure scopes (substations, grid connections, overhead lines, underground cables, protection/control, civil/structural, and associated systems).
•Set up, maintain, and review project models, including worksharing, model linking, shared coordinates, drawing production support, issue management, and model health checks.
•Perform model quality checks such as clash detection, federated model reviews, and issue tracking using Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
•Maintain BIM-related project information and CDE workflows to enable controlled information exchange, audit trails, and delivery assurance.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience coordinating models across multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, including federated model review, clash detection, issue tracking and resolution.
•Hands-on Revit experience in a project delivery environment, including model setup, worksharing, linked models, shared coordinates, model health checks, and drawing production support.
•Working knowledge of Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud, including CDE and issue management workflows.
•Working knowledge of ISO 19650 principles and information management requirements applied in live project environments.
•Ability to support the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans, model production methods, coordination procedures, and project BIM standards.
