Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the input agent for allocated corporate events and ensure processing is completed within required timeframes/deadlines.
  • •Process instructions and activities in line with operational manuals and team control functions, including end-of-day checklists/requirements.
  • •Escalate deviations and matters that may present potential financial loss or client service concerns to the Manager as per escalation matrix.
  • •Maintain satisfactory audit/regulatory/risk ratings and comply with Group and company policies/standards.
  • •Conduct periodic reviews of existing procedures to improve efficiency and identify best practices, and support team members on operational activities.

Key Requirements

  • •A post-graduate diploma or degree in any discipline.
  • •At least 12 months of Securities experience and relevant Securities background/knowledge.
  • •Ability to speak and understand English fluently, including writing business letters and reports.
  • •Ability to read, write, and understand Mandarin and Cantonese fluently is mandatory.
  • •Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret numeric data; good analytical, statistical, and data mining skills.
