Key Responsibilities

•Promote and maintain the highest standard of customer service through direct, high-energy hosting and guest interaction
•Coordinate with the local producer for the successful execution of the experience to ensure a positive guest satisfaction
•Oversee stock and cleanliness of all points of the overall experience; assist in training and development for new hires
•Understand and troubleshoot the technical requirements to run and service the experience, and report issues as they arise
•Work with Fever Ops on POS setup, ticket validation devices, check-in processes, and vendor/venue communications to ensure smooth operations

Key Requirements

•Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and verbal
•Act as the primary duty manager and solo operator of the experience
•Coordinate and host live, fast-paced event experiences with a proactive, hands-on approach
•Manage the overall organization, planning and operations of set-up and teardown sequences linked to each area
•Schedule and manage staff through the agency platform and validate employee time sheets
