  • •At least 2 years of relevant experience as a ServiceNow consultant.
  • •CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.
  • •ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CMDB).
  • •Strong scripting knowledge in ServiceNow (JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery, JSON).
  • •Fluent in Dutch and good command of English; communication, analytical, problem-solving, and customer-focused mindset.
